In late 2001 I decided to pursue a second Masters degree in the field of engineering management. This joint program with the University of Texas at Austin’s College of Engineering and the McCombs School of Business provided a blended technical and business course workload. The program also required to completion of a Thesis project, a pdf of which is embedded below. My work focused on organizational risk driven planning, building on well proven engineering development models.
